He is responsible for coordinating activates and services of logistics operations between the various units of the company and clients. Responsible for the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission.
He is also responsible for policy formulation and implementation in the various West Africa
Sub-Regions. Oversee overall Financial management, planning, systems and controls of the company. Planning and Budgeting in coordination with the Board. Has worldwide experience in travel and logistics management. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Science,Business Management and a Certificate in Logistics and supply chain management from the university of Cape-coast.
Managing Director Construction
He has eighteen years of work experience undertaking a mix of job roles as Project Director, Project
Manager, Site/Works engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Geodetic Surveyor, Services Engineer, Planning Engineer, Designing and Road Design Coordinator in large international and local construction firms undertaking major civil engineering coastal protection projects.
He provides overall administrative and technical support to all project site managers and includes road works
Represents the organization at meetings with stakeholders, Planning, recruiting and setting up new project sites and units for proper execution of contracts.
Managing Contracts and contract requirements.
Reviewing and preparing reports from project site offices and advising the Board of Directors Advising the management on technical and plant requirements of each project for procurement processes.

She is experienced as a field geologist supporting project managers in managing drilling programs, coordinating field activities and ensuring safety at all field sites.
She has exceptional inquiring and analytical mind and proficient in prioritizing and completing tasks in timely manner and has a proven ability to manage and complete projects to the highest standard.
Senior Geologist
He is a hardworking team player he holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa. He is an experienced Geologist with several years of work experience.
Prior to being with Reliance he worked in various forms including Coffey Mining, KAM and Associate Limited, and SunGold Resources Ltd Ghana as a Senior Geologist.
