- Construction of a 3 Story Regional Coordinating Council Administration block for the newly created Region at Dambai – Oti Region. Project duration is 24 months starting from 18th October, 2020. Contract awarded by the Ministry f Regional Reorganization and Development.
- Construction of 1 single story Dormitary Block at Jinijini Seniour High School, Brekum. Contract awarded by the Ministry of Education for a duraion of Twelve (12) months.
